In Norway when you finish high school and one month before finishing, it is something called being a Russ. It is all about celebrating & partying about finishing 13 years of school. They buy specific clothing. Either red or blue depending on what they have studied. Wastes a lot of money buying cars or busses where they paint them and mounts big & loud speakers. It is all about partying as much as you can, drinking alcohol and have wild sex. Many Muslims think that they are not going to participate in drinking alcohol and doing the things that is Haram, but they are going to celebrate by wearing the clothing and give out cards to children.
